I have used Allen Ship Center about 10 times in the last year. They are so nice and friendly, I would much rather use them than the Post Office. Their customer service is amazing!

You can stand in line at the Allen post office for 30 minutes pretty much any given time of the week OR you could go to Optimal Ship and usually be seen right away. I'm pretty much switched over and now go there for all my shipping needs.
